I’m Natalie McKenna, CEO and Founder of Regeneration Media, Communications Strategist and Academic. My PhD research is on digital self-marketing (DSM) strategies and digital impression management.  I advise on all matters of digital self-marketing (DSM).  I work with individuals and organisations to help them create an online presence that helps grow their personal brand and business.

I am the founder and director of Regeneration Media, a communications agency specialising in communications strategy, image and branding, media training and social media. I’m predominately a qualitative researcher with a special interest in grounded theory.  My research interests are social media, self-marketing, impression management and online identity, celebrity and social media,  social media for journalists, entrepreneurs and executives making the transition to a non executive directorship career.
